Enterprise plans and Docs Sync

The standard AI FAQ feature scales to most communities. Enterprise plans unlock the next level: larger knowledge bases, scheduled ingestion from your existing documentation, and volume-priced credits.

When to consider enterprise

Reach out via the enterprise contact form if you need any of the following:

  • More than 100 active FAQ entries. The default fair-use cap is 100 entries per server. Enterprise plans can lift this for product documentation, multi-language knowledge bases, and large support organizations.
  • High volumes of AI answers. If you're regularly burning through credits and want predictable monthly billing instead of top-ups, a volume agreement is usually a better fit than per-credit purchases.
  • Docs Sync. Scheduled ingestion of knowledge from external sources you already maintain.

Docs Sync

Docs Sync is an add-on that keeps your FAQ entries in lockstep with documentation living outside SCNX. Instead of manually copying content into entries, you point Docs Sync at the source and it pulls updates on a schedule.

Supported sources currently include:

  • GitHub repositories (Markdown files, scheduled ingestion).
  • Notion workspaces.
  • Confluence spaces.
  • Help-center articles from common help-desk platforms.

Each connector handles authentication, change detection, and chunking, so the entries the AI searches stay current as you update your source of truth. Scan cadence is configurable per source.

We don't ship Docs Sync as a self-serve add-on yet - it's enabled per server as part of an enterprise engagement, alongside the connector configuration and any custom mapping rules. Contact us to discuss your sources and access.

What we don't cover here

  • Specific pricing. Enterprise plans are priced based on your volume, sources, and support needs - the contact form is the place to start that conversation.
  • Connectors not listed above. New connectors are added based on customer demand. Tell us what you need and we'll let you know whether it's on the roadmap.

Getting in touch

Use the enterprise contact form and include:

  • Your server (guild ID is fine).
  • An estimate of the size of your knowledge base and where it lives today.
  • Approximate question volume (per day or per month) if you have it.
  • Anything else specific to your use case.

We'll come back to you with the next steps.
